Trust Issues

I am lonely in a crowed room

Cried the heart

Brain kept saying

A friend to all is a friend to none

But only a friend to his need.

Blinded by his greed

In situations accustomed to his ways

When a player plays his game

Creamed with lies

On a plate that was never served

A tell telling tale of a guilty heart

Is hardest to bear

Emotionally he moved you

Till you are financially wiped out

Yet you believed him and helped him out

Broken promises and empty bank accounts

But it’s called Darwinism these days

At the end of the day

A bitter irony to a pal that got played

A fool he was to trust a stray

Keep a eye on all

Cus no one is safe these days.

The brain is right said the mourning heart in pain

  10. What macde me believe him , what was i getting in return , what am i lacking , what have i learnt , what i need to nourish myself with , what is my pattern , these are the riches he left me with , money I can find again , wisdom and learning are precious .

I will still not believe trusting , for goodness exists in all
